We would like you to report all the wildlife that you see on the nature reserve so that we can keep a record of the different species through the seasons.

If you are an experienced sightings recorder then please use our spreadsheet (click here to download sightings spreadsheet ) complete it and send it by email to survey@rayneoakmeadow.info

Please do not adjust rows and columns and formats on the sightings spreadsheet. It has been designed to allow easy loading into Mapmate and contains hidden columns and sheets to support this. Just fill in one row for each sighting to be recorded.

If you are not up to the spreadsheet then we would still like to have your sightings reported to us. Just send us an email to survey@rayneoakmeadow.info with the details of what you saw, when and where and anything else you think is interesting about the sighting.

We will store all these records into  a system  called Mapmate which is used widely to record wildlife sightings. In a few months we will add a link to allow you to see all the sightings recorded so far.
